still am dumping my bookmarked links for this blog into a Word document.

 

I hit my ISP’s 2,500-maximum for bookmarks a while back. I would delete just enough to keep on going but, that was neither efficient nor sufficient. So, I’ve been cleaning house rather thoroughly. I’ve discovered that massive deletions shift the bookmarks quite a bit. Many of the links for this blog have been scattered all over the place.

Also, I’ve noticed that my BHO links are being scattered so, I’ve decided to dump them into another Word document. Same goes for my links about the Haj, who ranks right up there with Hitler, Stalin, Pol Pot, et alia, in the pantheon of evil people. Samir Kantar has his own well-defined place.

I don’t do well with links and the like. I want a solid piece of information. I WANT DEAD TREES. I want something I can take to the park, to bed. I want to mark it up. I want to dog-ear its pages.

Any way, that’s where I am.

Out of the mouth of The Kid

He was watching over my shoulder tonight when I found a photograph of women in burqas. He asked me about it. I told him that Islam demands that women completely cover themselves.

He went nuts! To cut his long rant short, he told me that he wanted to be “a general one day to help free those women.”

 

I’m Working on it.

I’m busy looking for links, figuring out  how to do the tech-thingies and otherwise preparing to launch this blog sometime soon. I need to do it before I find a FT job with a law firm ’cause my time will be greatly limited when I’m no longer working in Retail Hell.

I’ll always be grateful for the most-excellent Lizards who are helping me figure out the tech-thingies and a lot of content.
